Cybersecurity

We have long been systematically ensuring the security of the CESNET e-infrastructure and contributing to the enhancement of cybersecurity in the Czech Republic.

We operate an extensive network infrastructure with a broad portfolio of services requiring a high level of security. For this reason, we devote great care to information security and the security aspects of network and service operations, from technical, procedural, and organizational perspectives.

The CESNET Association has an established Information Security Management System (ISMS), holds certification in accordance with ČSN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023, and operates the CESNET-CERTS security team, which includes the Forensic Laboratory (https://flab.cesnet.cz).
