Service Desk

Service desk is a non-stop operational workplace (24 hours, 365 days) providing following functions:

  • Monitoring Centre
  • HelpDesk

Main task of the Service desk is the Monitoring centre which continually monitors the network (lines, DWDM lightpaths, devices), services and servers. Service desk operators support resolution of problems detected by the Monitoring centre or reported by users. They carry on the communication with users, service administrators and external partners.
