Registration fee

Registration fee is in advance 100 Euro including 21 % VAT. On site it will be 120 Euro including 21 % VAT.

The fee covers:

  • workshop participation and materials
  • catering (coffee breaks and lunches)
  • workshop dinner

Protection and processing of personal data

  2. Any personal data that you enter in the registration form shall be used in connection with organization of the event you are subscribing to – for the purpose of sending registration confirmation emails, updating information regarding the event, sending thank-you note with a link to the published presentations, sending requests for evaluation and the like.
  3. Please note that photos are taken at the event for reporting and project results-evalution purposes. The event may be streamed on-line and recording made available to the public for the same purposes as mentioned above as well as for the purpose to allow higher number of participants than the capacity of the lecture hall watch the event. In this case, we try to a maximum extent to focus the camera on the lecturer, however, when inquiries are made the inquirer may also be taken.
  4. Events organized by CESNET (seminars, conferences, training) are part of the services of CESNET e-infrastructure. Therefore, we save personal data related to the event for as long as it is necessary for the operation and improvement of the service, however, in any case for a maximum period of 5 years.
  5. As concerns all data you provide us with through the registration form, you have all rights set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). You may exercise these rights through the contacts listed in point 1 above.
